Although Of Course You End Up Becoming Yourself is born from interviews conducted on that book tour, by Rolling Stone contributing editor David Lipsky. Following Foster's tragic suicide in 2008, Rolling Stone published an award-winning piece written by Lipsky, based on those previously unpublished interviews.
